Shipping & Returns
Orders typically ship same day or up to two business days after being placed and arrive within the time frame given based on the shipping method you choose at checkout. (Ex. an order placed on a Monday will ship between Monday-Wednesday and arrive between 2-3 days later if Priority Mail was selected or 1-2 days later if Express Mail was selected) *International arrival times are different and vary by destination.
Exceptions are made during Holidays, Peak seasons, and New Releases/Sales when order volumes are higher than normal. Times like these may require an additional day or two processing time.

Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with tags still attached and with any enclosed documentation. We will email you once we receive your return to issue a store credit for the amount you paid excluding the delivery charges.
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise. Accessories and Sale Items are Final Sale Items and cannot be Returned unless faulty.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for all returns to be processed.
